The Voluntary Intelligence Center (CIV) is a non-profit Civil Association, which was established on November 3, 2017 as the disaster response afther the earthquake of September 19, 2017 in Mexico.

 

A moment in which citizen action emerged as an intrinsic act in order to help those who were most affected, always trying to avoid personal agendas. Thus, a competent and independent civilian institution was created; alien to any political entity, build by civilians united under the motto of: "Civilians helping Civilians."
