That is why one of our objective is to instruct and inquire about the preparation of preserves, foods and preparations with both traditional and modern techniques, but above all sustainable. As well as replicating our model, once developed, in areas of economic vulnerability.
Our main motivation is to promote the local production and distribution markets and provide people with information that allows them to be resilient in the face of economic-environmental adversity
